Tasty Tidbits: 4th of July
It's been awhile since I've done a Tasty Tidbits post... with the holiday looming (it's tomorrow!) and a weekend of parties and celebrating ahead of us, we can all use a few ideas on what to bring or serve so that everyone gets a nibble of something tasty!
There's nothing like red, white and blue food to get everyone excited for 4th of July or block parties! Here are links to some ideas I found on Pinterest (check out my Patriotic/4th of July Pinterest board for more):
Everyone remembers "poke" cakes... and now, there is a patriotic poke cake from Betty Crocker! I'm thinking that you could make a white cake from scratch and then use the pudding as suggested, but also a strawberry jello could work as well.
The fabulous Skinnytaste has put together a healthier treat to enjoy... Red, White and Blue Fruit Skewers with Cheesecake Yogurt Dip. All I can think is that it would be hard to resist going back for more than one serving of this one!
