Review: Tortilla Land Tortillas (Quesadillas for Breakfast or Dinner)
One of my go-to quick and easy meals is quesadillas. Just add cheese and cook it up - dinner is done on a crazy night. We also like to use them for taco nights or to wrap up eggs for a quick breakfast.
So, when the nice folks over at Tortilla Land asked if I'd like a sample of their homemade, fresh tortillas I was quick to say "yes!". They were kind enough to send me a lot more than a sample, so My Family can keep enjoying them while I beg my local grocery store to start carrying them!
Since they are uncooked, you do need to heat them on each side for about 30 seconds. Then, pile in the fillings you are craving. This morning after a getting in an early run, I opted for scrambled eggs, Penzey's Fox Point Seasoning and a sprinkle of cheese to start my day with a breakfast quesadilla.
This is a great way to start the day and full of protein to keep you satisfied until lunch time!
Tonight ended up being a busier than planned baseball night, so soon as I got home I started putting together a quick and easy dinner. I sauteed some Vidalia onions, red bell pepper strips and thin sliced chicken breasts. I seasoned them with a combination of chili powder, garlic powder and Penzey's Chipotle powder. We added some shredded sharp chedder cheese and some of the best quesadillas I've made were devoured within minutes! Quick. Easy. Need, I say more?
If you are near a store that has these tortillas, I highly recommend purchasing a package to try. You'll love them! You can find out where they are sold on their website: Tortilla Land.
What are your favorite ways to use tortillas for quick and easy meals?
Note: I was not compensated or told what to write for this review, these are my honest opinions. I did receive samples of the tortillas so that I could cook with them and evaluate them for this review.

Joanne - While the amount they sent was insane, I'm kind of happy they did since my grocery store doesn't carry them!
