Super Sloppy Joes
Rachael Ray is quickly becoming a weeknight favorite at our house. Once again, I was wanting to recreate something I remember eating as a kid, Sloppy Joe's. Something about the beef cooked in that tomato sauce mixture and eating it on a bun while it's dripping on the plate was always fun for dinner. So, I went back to 30 Minute Meals 2 and I found Super Sloppy Joes.
This recipe is a grown-up version of what you may remember from your childhood. It has the sweet flavor, but that is complimented by the addition of Worcestershire sauce (I have never been able to pronouce that word correctly, so thankfully, you don't have to listen to the half dozen ways I massacre it!). This is a recipe that can hit the dinner table in less than 30 minutes and you don't need impressive knife skills to make it happen since the only chopping is one onion and one red bell pepper.

Your sloppy joes look fantastic. I also made a Rachael Ray sloppy joe recipe, but the one I made had hot dogs in it. It was called Sloppy Joe Di Maggios and it was pretty good. I love her recipes. She's had some really interesting ones lately.
